Under most circumstances, Sugar Creek Carriages does not issue refunds. Under circumstances that are beyond the customer's control, we will either reschedule the appointment or issue a refund.  Under circumstances that are beyond the control of Sugar Creek Carriages, we will issue a refund except as stated below:

Inclement Weather on the Day of the Tour

We will either substitute our stretch limousine for our horse-drawn carriage or reschedule the carriage ride to a later date.

Acts of God (or the City of Nashville)

For unavoidable emergencies and precluding events, we will issue a refund less any direct costs we have incurred.

No Shows

We will not issue refunds nor reschedule appointments for "no shows" that fail to provide advance notice or present evidence of unavoidable circumstances.

20 Minute Carriage Rides

In the event a carriage is not available for any reason and Sugar Creek Carriages cannot provide a carriage ride, we will reschedule the appointment to a different time or substitute a 20 minute limo ride. .  If a customer cannot keep the scheduled appointment, we will honor the ticketed ride at a later time. We will not issue refunds.

Sugar Creek Carriages reserves the right to evaluate each case on its own merits.
